Buy like a big company
rydge is the AI buying agent that gets small businesses the prices big buyers pay. It reads your supplier invoices and finds the discounts you already qualify for. When businesses nearby buy the same thing, it pools the orders for a group price.

Small businesses pay 15 to 30% more for the same supplies
Big buyers negotiate yearly prices and have someone whose job is purchasing. A ten-person business has nobody chasing a better rate, so the discounts that already exist go unclaimed.

A purchasing team for businesses that never had one
rydge does the six things a buyer at a large company would do for you, and asks before anything changes.
Reads every invoice
Forward a month of supplier invoices. rydge matches each line to the same product elsewhere, however it's named.
Finds every discount
Buying groups, distributor tiers, rebates and group prices, checked for every item you buy.
Pools orders nearby
When members near you buy the same item, rydge combines the orders and gets one group price.
You approve each item
Nothing is pooled until you say so. Skip any offer and the rest of your report stays the same.
Files your rebates
Manufacturer rebates take paperwork. rydge files the claims, and you keep 80% of anything new it finds.
Keeps your suppliers
You keep your accounts and pay suppliers directly. rydge never holds your money.
One month of invoices is all it takes
Forward the invoices you already get by email. No logins and no setup call.

Messy names matched to the same product elsewhere, with a dollar figure on every line.
Your orders, combined with businesses nearby
Three small orders become one big one. The supplier gives the group a big-buyer price, and each member still orders and pays on their own account.
Members near you
Pools form between businesses that buy the same item in the same area.
Only when it beats your best price
Our engine forms a pool only if the group price beats what each member could get alone.
One tap to approve
Approve or skip each item. Pools are anonymous to the other members.
Discounts that were already yours
When nobody else buys an item, rydge falls back to the best discount you already qualify for and does the paperwork.
Free for members. Paid by suppliers.
You see what rydge earns on every line of your report.
Joining and reports
Free. Your savings report, pool offers, rebate claims and support cost nothing.
Pooled orders
Suppliers pay rydge 2 to 3% of a pooled order, disclosed up front. You pay the supplier the group price, directly.
New rebates
You keep 80%. When rydge finds a rebate you weren't claiming, it files it and keeps 20%.
Your money
Never passes through us. You keep your supplier accounts and pay them the way you do today.
Nothing changes unless you approve it.
What the numbers say so far
rydge is pre-launch, and the private beta with Bay Area roofers opens in November. Before that, we tested the pitch on 100 simulated buyers and ran CoalitionOS, our matching engine, on modeled group orders.
simulated small-business buyers shown four versions of the pitch
said yes once pooling became an approval per item, up from 15%
buyers who had passed over trust said yes after that change
saved in a modeled three-buyer order, on top of each buyer's best price
Simulated buyers and modeled orders. rydge was selected to pitch at a16z's Pitch Night at Berkeley in November 2026.
Here's what happens in your first three months
- Forward one month of supplier invoices
- Tell us your main distributor
- Your savings report arrives, checked line by line by us during the beta
- Rebate claims you qualify for are filed
- Your first pool offer, if members near you buy the same item
- You approve or skip, and order at the group price
- Pools repeat every month for the items you approved
- The first rebate checks arrive

- Pools are anonymous
- Leave any time
